a) Term and Renewal
Upon registration, the user selects an initial membership term. In doing so, the user commits to a subscription for the duration of the time selected. At the end of that initial membership term, membership is automatically converted into a month-to-month membership unless the user opts to enter into a three- or twelve-month membership plan. All subscription fees are the responsibility of the user until MyFitnessFuture.com receives notice of the user’s desire to cancel his membership.
b) Cancellation
A user may cancel his subscription at any time after the initial registration, unless otherwise stated in the offer you have selected. To cancel, contact Customer Service at customerservice@myfitnessfuture.com.
Upon cancellation, your account will be terminated effective at the end of the most current billing period. Users will receive a refund of the initial membership fee only if registration was made through a risk-free trial offer and if MyFitnessFuture.com receives cancellation requests in accordance with that offer. Cancellations by email will not be considered valid.
c) Automatic Renewal
At the conclusion of the initial membership term, membership will automatically renew on a monthly basis, beginning on the day after the initial membership ends.
